All projects require a 60% upfront payment before work begins.
The remaining 40% is due upon completion of the project, before final delivery.

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure complete satisfaction - as long as the revisions remain aligned with the original brief.
If the request changes the original concept or adds new elements, it may be treated as a new project or additional work.

Our goal is simple: to deliver exactly what you envisioned.

3. Turnaround Time

Each project’s timeline depends on its scope, complexity, and number of deliverables.
We’ll always provide an estimated delivery time before starting, and we do our best to deliver before that deadline.
If a client delays in providing feedback, approvals, or required materials, timelines may be automatically extended to accommodate that.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Once the initial 60% deposit is made and the project has started, it becomes non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel mid-project, they will not be charged the remaining half.

However, the upfront payment covers time, resources, and concept work already completed.

5. Usage Rights

After full payment, the client receives complete ownership rights to the final designs for personal or commercial use.
